Korea DART Disclosures is the feed of company filings received by DART, Korea’s regulatory disclosure system — the authoritative record of what was filed about a Korean listed company. Every row links the original DART document and names the filer, which matters because in Korea the filer is often not the company: a large-holdings report about Samsung Electronics is filed by the holder.

Follow the link to the original DART document. Combine with the company screen’s event_source=korea_dart axis, whose event families are classified from these regulated report names.

Korea Disclosure Coverage

The feed is a rolling recent window, not an archive; the per-market start date is measured in the response’s coverage block. The ingest schedule collects on Korea’s own disclosure calendar — DART receipt numbers do not always encode the receipt date, so the served date is the authoritative one.

Key Korea Disclosure Fields

Each row carries the disclosure date, the report title as filed, the filer name, and the URL of the original DART document. Titles are in Korean and are not translated. Korea publishes no per-row category through this feed — the classified event families (periodic_report, major_holding, buyback, supply_contract, and the rest) live on the company screen’s event axis, classified from the regulated report names. Korea Disclosure Date Convention

The disclosure date is DART’s receipt date, Seoul time. The feed collects with the market’s own lag, so the newest rows are normally from the prior Korean business day.

Rows come from DART, the Financial Supervisory Service’s disclosure system. This is the regulatory record itself, not coverage of it.
