# Hong Kong Disclosures
> Announcements filed by HKEX-listed companies to HKEXnews, stamped to the minute the exchange released them — the documents the Hong Kong filing figures are read out of.
Hong Kong Disclosures serves the announcements an HKEX-listed company filed to HKEXnews, the exchange's own disclosure site, newest first. Each observation is one announcement with the exact minute the exchange released it, its HKEX category codes and a link to the document. These are the same documents a `source=filing` row in [Hong Kong Financials](/international/hong-kong-financials) was read out of, so a figure can be walked back to the announcement that carried it.

## What You Can Use Hong Kong Disclosures For
See what a Hong Kong-listed company filed and exactly when the market could read it. Find every results announcement or profit warning since the start of 2026. Open the results announcement behind a Hong Kong financial figure.
## Coverage Starts 2026-01-01
The index does not reach earlier than **2026-01-01**. An empty result for an earlier date means the index does not cover it, not that the issuer filed nothing.
## English Filings Only
A Hong Kong issuer files the same announcement twice — once in English and once in Chinese, under separate ids. Only the **English** filing is indexed, so this is not a complete record of everything the company published.
## released\_at Is a Real Clock
`released_at` is the minute HKEXnews released the document, and it is the authority for when the market could first read it. The peak is 16:00–19:00 Hong Kong time, after the close. `release_date` is the Hong Kong calendar day.
## One Row Can Be Several Companies and Several Kinds
About 13% of announcements carry **several stock codes** — a joint filing by an issuer and its listed subsidiaries, or, as in the example below, an issuer filing under its listed notes as well. `tickers`, `stock_names` and `company_ids` list every one of them.
About 15% carry **several category codes**, so `category_code` matches announcements *carrying* that code rather than announcements of that kind only.
## HKEX Category Codes Worth Knowing

| `13600` | Quarterly results |
| `13301` | Profit warning or profit alert — the company's own statement that the period will be materially better or worse |
`13300` and `13400` also carry supplemental and clarification announcements, so a hit on the code is not proof the document contains a results table.
## Withdrawn Announcements Are Excluded by Default
Set `include_cancelled=true` to see them. A withdrawal is itself a fact about the issuer, and `is_cancelled` marks it on the row.
## Key Hong Kong Disclosure Fields
Each row carries `news_id`, `released_at`, `release_date`, `tickers`, `stock_names`, `company_ids`, the English `title`, `headline_category`, `categories` and `category_codes`, `filing_url`, `file_type`, `file_size` and `is_cancelled`.
## Hong Kong Disclosures Date Convention
`date_gte` and `date_lte` filter on the Hong Kong release date.
## Hong Kong Disclosures Sources
Announcements come from HKEXnews, the Hong Kong exchange's disclosure site — the issuers' own filings.
## GET /v1/companies/\{company\_id}/hk/disclosures
Announcements for one Hong Kong-listed company, newest first.
A stock code (`700` or `0700.HK`), an ISIN or a `company_id`.
Earliest release date (Hong Kong date), `YYYY-MM-DD`. `date_lte` sets the ceiling.
One HKEX category code, for example `13300` for annual results.
Include withdrawn announcements.
Rows per page, between 1 and 200. Page through with `cursor`.
